Veronica Ndetu

Veronica is an Agriculture and climate change expert with 34-year experience in the Agriculture sector of the public service,. She holds a Masters degree in Seed science and technology and a Bachelors in General agriculture. She is also trained and understands various dynamics of climate change its impacts, vulnerabilities, required interventions including Climate Finance, Climate Smart Agriculture among others. Veronica specializes building capacity of climate change actors on interventions, policies, approaches and specific actions. She has been leading Kenya Agriculture negotiators under the UNFCCC and the Kenya Climate Smart Agriculture Multi stakeholder platform consisting of state and non-state actors.
