Ms. Penny Musengi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Pesira Technologies Ltd, an AgriTech firm promoting financial inclusion in Africa. With 23 years of experience, she previously led ATS Travel Group and held roles such as Director of Finance at Enterprise Africa Limited and CEO of Raspberry Adams Group, focusing on socio-economic empowerment.
Musengi’s leadership spans various sectors, including serving as Chairlady of Delka Trust, Founder of YouthKE Trust, and roles in cultural festivals and education boards. Notably, she facilitated significant ventures, mobilized youth, and oversaw large-scale projects, including a youth entrepreneurship center. With a background in international business administration and project management, she has garnered recognition for exceptional leadership. Musengi’s mission is to lead purposefully, uphold ethics, and create positive impacts globally.
Ms Musengi holds a BS, International Business Administration- Finance and Marketing, United States International University (USIU) (2005) and Project Management Certification-Kenya Institute of Project Management (2011).
