Mr. George Kubai

Mr. Kubai is the Managing Director of Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC), where he oversees the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, he brings expertise across various domains of business management, including relationship management, supply planning, project management, credit control, depot management, and performance management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kubai has held key managerial roles in prominent commercial banks, insurance companies, government agencies, and multinational corporations, including the National Oil Corporation of Kenya (NOCK), Equity Bank, Sanlam Kenya (Pan Africa Insurance Holdings), and the Coca-Cola Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Bachelor’s degree from Maseno University and is a graduate of Advanced Management Program (AMP) offered by IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
