John Kamau is an Associate Director and leads the PwC Kenya Forensics team. He has over 16 years of experience in providing forensic investigations, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering reviews, fraud risk assessment and fraud management services to private and public sector clients in Eastern Africa.
He has also authored a number of thought leadership articles on fraud risk management and public sector corruption in East Africa.
John is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK, and is currently pursuing a masters in Economic Crime from Portsmouth University.
