Daniel Munyambu

Daniel has over 14 years of experience in the banking industry with over 10 years in Agribusiness financing cutting across large corporates, mid-corporates, SMEs and retail.
In his current role as the Country Agribusiness Specialist – Absa Bank Kenya Plc, his responsibilities includes steering and advising the Bank’s Agribusiness strategy, business development, crafting risk acceptance criteria and driving value from partnerships.
Daniel is driven by high-impact socioeconomic results, thought leadership, sound investment analysis, decision making and value addition expertise, while working with both Agri MSME’s and corporate clientele. His drive for sustainably feeding the current generation without compromising the livelihood of future generation and promotion of gender agenda is mantra close to his heart.
He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics with IT and a Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Public Secretary, AKIB and holds Certifications in Agricultural lending.
