Stella Kimani is the Chief Operations Officer at ACRE Africa, with 15 years of experience in operations, program, and project management across Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. She is a strategic leader with a strong background in last-mile agricultural delivery models, focused on strengthening climate resilience and integrating financial services to support smallholder farmers. At ACRE Africa, Stella is actively engaged in streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, driving strategic growth, and cultivating partnerships to strengthen service delivery, scale impact, and improve resilience for farmers.
She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Management, holds an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. She is passionate about sustainable impact, youth empowerment, and innovation in agriculture.
