With over 20 years of experience in African agriculture, Sara is a seasoned expert in policy, value chain development, finance and social enterprise development in peri-urban and rural areas. Prior to her current role, she led development projects and teams at World Bank and SNV, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as a Senior Agricultural Economist and Country Director respectively. Sara holds a Masters in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, and a BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
