Ms. Penny Musengi is the CEO and Founder of Pesira Ltd, an AgriFinTech operating at the intersection of Finance, Commerce and Agriculture with a mission to digitize Africa’s agriculture and drive financial inclusion to 70% of its population made up of small-scale farmers. With 17 years of experience, she previously led ATS Travel Group and held roles such as Director of Finance at Enterprise Africa Limited, Management positions in various Banks and CEO of Raspberry Adams Group, focusing on socio-economic development.
Musengi’s leadership spans various sectors and has facilitated successful ventures. With a background in international business administration, finance and project management, she has garnered recognition for exceptional leadership.
