Ms Agatha Thuo

Agatha is a self-driven leader and manager with extensive expertise in agricultural policy development, project management, monitoring and evaluation, horticulture, and agribusiness value chains. With a Bachelor’s in Agriculture and a Master’s in Business Administration, she has served as a public officer, County Executive Committee member, and policy strategist, contributing to Kenya’s agricultural transformation. She has coordinated key programs like KAPAP and, since 2021, has led ASNET, the agriculture sector board of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance, driving policy advocacy, trade facilitation, and agribusiness development. Agatha also holds leadership roles in multiple agriculture-focused boards and task forces in Kenya and the region.
