He holds over 30 years of experience in public service, having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture in 1990 and later a Master’s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development. His career spans various capacities in the Ministry of Agriculture, including managerial roles. As Project Coordinator for the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project in West Pokot County, he oversaw its successful implementation, earning recognition as the 2017 Public Servant of the Year. Currently, he leads Policy Coordination and External Relations, focusing on sustainable agricultural financing, subsidy management, and international agreements integration. He value evidence-based policymaking and impactful development.
