Jonathan Said

Jonathan is a private sector development economist and executive leader with over 20 years of work experience. His career focused on supporting governments, predominantly in Africa, to improve the enabling environment for the private sector to drive inclusive economic growth. He has worked with or in 20 countries in Africa and served as an embedded advisor for 2-3 years each to the governments of Malawi, Liberia and Guyana. Jonathan started his career working in the United Kingdom for an economics and business consultancy between 2004 and 2008. He read MSc Economics at University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Jonathan is a Maltese national, where he was born and grew up.
