Hayat Abdulmalik

Hayat Abdulmalik is the Deputy CEO of Kifiya Financial Technology PLC, where she plays a key leadership role in driving strategic execution and cross-functional alignment across the organization. Prior to her appointment as Deputy CEO, she served as Chief Impact Officer, where she was instrumental in embedding impact-focused strategy and delivery across Kifiya’s operations, with a focus on inclusive finance, market access, and technology-led solutions.
She has more than 15 years of experience spanning development finance, inclusive business, and enterprise growth across both the public and private sectors. Before joining Kifiya, Hayat held senior leadership roles at Enterprise Partners, Girl Effect, AusAID, and DFID.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Employment Relations from the International University College of Turin, as well as a BA in Economics and International Development from the University of Toronto. She brings deep experience in social impact, sustainable business, and systems-level change.
